UW HOSPITAL & CLINICS Staffing Coordinator, Nursing Resource in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Staffing Coordinator, Nursing Resource Center Part Time - 31471 Work Schedule : 60% FTE, 24 hours/week. 8 or 12-hour evening/night shifts scheduled between the hours of 3:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Weekend rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department. Pay : UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Work collaboratively to create and update staffing plans and maximize resource efficiency and staff allocation. We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to: * Provide direct support to the House Supervisors and inpatient nursing units. * Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs. * Assign Flexible Resource staff to fill current daily inpatient nursing needs.
