The opportunity

Responsibilities

• Track personal tasks allocated by the project manager

• Collating and documenting testing requirements

• Prepare detailed performance test strategy/plan, WLM

• Writing and developing test script for user journeys into testing tools

• Designing test scenarios to meet documented performance test requirements

• Designing and preparing test data to support performance test requirements

• Collecting and reporting on test outcomes, including metrics and status reports

• Performing issue identification and resolution in performance testing assets

How will you create impact?

• The resource will be responsible for managing all performance testing deliverables.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and present the teams objectives to leadership team

• Expand the team’s capacity to more applications/value streams and improve the overall Manulife’s quality of deliverables.
