WTW Client Services Coordinator (ICT_TECH CB_2024_05R) in Manila, Philippines
The Role
Analysis and interpretation of licencing requirements
Finding Solutions to complex and bespoke liceencing requests
Assist clients on queries relating to software licencing, billing and contract renewals
Processing new sales and trials in accordance with the clients Software License Agreement including dispatch of software licences and processing of invoices
Drafting quotations for new and additional licence requests
Assist with client queries with the Senior Coordinator
The Requirements
Proven track record of handling complex queries and tasks in a pressurised environment
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately review the quality of own output
Excellent customer service skills with experience of dealing with corporate clients and individuals at all levels
Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
Experience in interpreting legal contracts
Experience understanding and working with financials and invoices Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude with the determination to solve problems and seek solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven administration and organisational skills with the ability work on own initiative, juggle tasks and prioritise work
Preferred IT skills with an aptitude for easily learning new IT systems and computer skills
An eye for detail and excellence
Proven to be an effective team member to contribute to their own team as well as other parts of the business
Amenable to UK working hours
