Manager (w/m/d) Group Compensation & Benefits

Location: Mannheim

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of compensation frameworks: Develop and implement of group-wide compensation frameworks and processes (including job architecture, salary structures, and incentive schemes).

• Conducting salary surveys and benchmarking: Coordinate, conduct, and refine salary surveys and benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.

• Policy development and review: Develop and regularly review governance documents such as group-wide compensation and benefits policies.

• Adherence to group-wide compensation processes: Ensure adherence to group-wide compensation processes (annual salary & variable pay round) to maintain consistency and transparency in compensation practices across the organization.

• Data analysis and management: Analyze compensation data from SAP SuccessFactors for international compensation projects, providing insights and recommendations.

• Executive compensation management: Manage compensation for top executives, including international long-term incentive programs.

• Reporting and presentation: Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for senior management on compensation and benefits issues to facilitate decision making.

• Ad hoc inquiries: Serve as the point of contact for ad hoc executive compensation inquiries.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources, economics, or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: Relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits or similar role, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and preferred experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Skills: Proven project management experience, modern approach and enthusiasm for HR practices at a strategic level, strong problem-solving skills, continuous drive for improvement, effective consultative skills combined with discretion, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, exceptional negotiation skills.
