[Follow proper company protocol in performing raw, proper storage of post-sorted and frozen semen, semen sample preparation and drop delays; Responsible for processing usage of the flow cytometer machines and solving any problems related to the use of the flow cytometer; Responsible for reporting to the Laboratory Manager on the use of flow cytometer machines and the need for replacing parts, repair, assembly and disassembly of the equipment; Responsible for compiling various cell analyses including microscopic analysis to check sperm motility, progressive motility, vigor, pathologies and other structural cell analysis through molecular probes; Responsible for making the extenders to keep the system flow used for dyeing, sorting and freezing semen; Responsible for entering data into company specific software and tracking every step by notes and bar coding which is extremely important to the quality of our product; Responsible for the setup, maintenance and operation of other laboratory equipment utilized in the sexed semen process which requires it be checked, calibrated and revised including microscope, cell counter, warm plates, warm bath, straw thaw device, thermometers, centrifuge, straw filler and sealer, freezing machine, nitrogen tanks, autoclave, dryer, scales and mixers.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
