Summary

  • As part of the global Enterprise & Cloud Applications (ECA) Group, this Sales Operations Integrations Analyst supports the global ECA Sales Operations Leader in providing strategic and tactical proactive and reactive sales support to front line sales and account teams

  • This role will cover most of ECA portfolio – SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft and IBM and will work closely with the global Practice Sales Leader and global Alliance Executives for each of these partnerships

  • This role will learn about the acquisitions being undertaken and integrated into ECA with focus on the sales related integration activities; eg., data migration; sales compensation alignment models and end of quarter sales and incentive processing

  • This role will also support data collection and provision to sales teams and will support sales enablement for front line sellers by helping remove some of the burden of sales administration

  • Strong collaboration with regional and practice ECA sales leaders and teams, the global ECA offering/product leaders, the Go To Market team and regional marketing and alliance models

Reporting lines

Reports to Global ECA Digital Sales Operations leader as part of global ECA sales team.

Essential Job Functions

  • Supports sales operations related to acquisitions in DXC ECA

  • Supports sales incentive & compensation remuneration and end of quarter processing for acquisitions in DXC ECA and associated variations and exceptions

  • Understands sales cycle from start to finish

  • Experience in Sales support and high degree of comfort with financial systems and data

  • Leverages the DXC operating model for success; that is, works closely with the front line sales, ECA practice leaders, global alliance executives and other leaders in DXC

  • Supports the standard sale process through to closure and brings early stage entrepreneurial deal making flair to support sales execs in client interactions and opportunities.

  • Sales enablement and some training/coaching for front line sales execs

  • Assists in analyzing market data to develop leads for potential business opportunities. Prepares reports and provides information to developers to enhance company business interests.

  • Assists in identifying new target areas and business opportunities to increase company profits and business interests.

  • Helps with lead generation and distribution and deal / quota deployment models and planning

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in IT services or IT product sales or IT finance & accounting

  • University (bachelor degree) preferred

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Experience with sales and marketing preferred
