Duties: Implement new functionality into production, utilizing structured and object-oriented analysis and design techniques. Implement and integrate code. Create and execute quality assurance and certification test plan. Assist with user documentation. Address internally and externally reported bugs in the software. Enhance and maintain existing software functionality. Participate in project planning, including task subdivision and identification, and effort estimation. Track the project by monitoring, reporting, and adjusting on-going deliverables. Follow and enforce the documented practices, standards, and procedures. Evaluate customer requests and develop an understanding of customer needs. Propose and define solutions to address the requirements, and documents in formal specifications. Analyze code paths and system functionality to create test plans. Design software functions. Document software design. Use clear, understandable logic to write code, which meets design specifications, quality requirements, and coding standards. Execute code level and system level test plans and reports results. Maintain existing products and troubleshoot customer problems. Utilize concepts related to modeling simulation and optimization, fluid transfer, heat and mass transfer, and thermodynamics to analyze data management requirements in Teamcenter. Work with product management of tools such as, Simcenter STARCCM+ (Multiphysics computational fluid dynamics software), Simcenter Flotherm (Electronic Thermal Analysis), Simcenter FLOEFD (CFD with Multiphysics capabilities), and Simcenter Amesim (System Simulation). Utilize technologies that can be implemented in Teamcenter for Simulation software. Mentor new team members on development practices and methodology. Mentor existing team members with advanced software design principles and development practices.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any) or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: 5 years of experience designing Teamcenter sub-systems, getting approvals, and implementing projects; 5 years of experience analyzing Teamcenter based requirements and estimating release dates of new functionalities; 5 years of experience leading a team and guiding junior team members; 5 years of experience authoring test plans and documentation, and executing release plans; 5 years of experience working with applications such as STAR CCM+, Amesim, HEEDS, or Ansys to design and implement integrations; Working with Teamcenter stack applications and Teamcenter for Simulation; Working with Java, React, Nodejs, HTML5 and APIs; Programming in C++.
