Job Title:Warehouse Inbound Representative

Job Summary:The Warehouse Inbound Representative actively receives parts into stock.

Schedule:Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Reporting Relationship:Manager, Warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Electronically receive purchased, decommissioned or RMA\'d parts into stock with high level of accuracy
• Identify, Document, Research & Resolve Discrepancies (SN\'s, Qty\'s, PO\'s, etc.)
• Wrap & label parts as necessary
• Stock parts in appropriate warehouse
• Help with the organization, maintenance, and appearance of the warehouse
• Assist with unloading of trucks
• Cross train in related jobs
• Accurately pull parts for Production and Repair Kits
• Recognize and respond positively to customer\'s needs in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Maintains high standards in all areas
• Experience with MS Office suite and Oracle
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Ability to work in a physical environment
• Ability to learn identities of a wide variety of production parts and work with 11-digit item numbers

• Team player, makes a positive contribution to the team
• Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or purchasing environment

Working Conditions:This position is regularly exposed to vibration, may work near moving mechanical parts and equipment, may be exposed to electrical shock, the noise level may be loud and exposure to heat and cold. This is a very active position which is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend, reach and must have the ability to push/pull and lift independently. Motor coordination skills and ability to work with tools is required. This job includes specific vision abilities including close, distance and color. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions.
