Kellanova Document Control Coordinator - Contract in Mississauga, Ontario

Join Kellanova Canada as a Document Control Coordinator – Contract starting this May in a fully on-site role based out of our Mississauga office. In this role you will be working with our HR and Legal departments to digitize employee files and build a comprehensive precedent library.

You will have a strong customer focus while also working and collaborating with people at all levels of the business. Working in a fast-paced environment, your attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will be key to your success!

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Document Digitization and Review - You will identify and digitize key company documents utilizing document management system(s). You will also play a key role in identifying, organizing, and destroying company documents in accordance with our Document Retention Policy.

  • Off-Site Document Scanning - Visit external document management company for document scanning support.

  • HR Team Support - Work under the oversight of Kellanova Canada HR and report on document management review and progress. You will also assist with other HR activities on an as needed basis, including new hire paperwork, support on HR events, and other duties as required.

    We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated good judgment and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).

  • Excellent customer service and record keeping skills including shared drives.

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to work and collaborate with people at all levels of the organization.

  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s license.
