About our Team

Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks.

About the Role

Agile Business Analyst to join its data and analytics group. You will manage scrum duties for one squad, perform business analysis, take ownership of the backlogs, and manage stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable taking ownership of situations within their assigned squads.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing, define and document complex requirements in user story format.

  • Working closely with stakeholders to cultivate and maintain the agile backlog.

  • Helping to lead the development squads by acting as Scrum Master,

  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the team is focusing on the right things and clearing blockers.

  • Performing analysis on existing systems; identifying options for potential solutions and assess for both technical and business suitability.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 Years of experience.

  • Have experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.

  • Have experience in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes and Business requirements gathering.

  • Have experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN.

  • Have experience as a Scrum Master.

  • Have understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies.
