Please Note this position supports our 2 nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2 nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM - 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Firstshift tech to support the Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Front End, which is responsible for manufacturing support at our Nashua, NH facility. This individual will provide product expertise for the X-Ray Inspection of CCA hidden solder joints.

This position requires close cooperation with the Operations team and other operations disciplines including SMT assembly and inspection areas. The individual will be part of the team responsible for the efficiency, effectiveness, capability and capacity of the production process. This includes supporting X-Ray inspection and determination of defects and interaction with operations personnel on technical issues relating to the assembly process. Additional responsibilities include authoring non conformances in Solumina. The candidate will possess good communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic team environment.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School Diploma or GED and 3 years work experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Circuit Card Assembly manufacturing environment

  • Ability to learn new skills

  • Understanding of a manufacturing environment

  • Must be able to read/write in english

  • Must be computer literate

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Associates or technical degree

  • Experience with circuit card build verification

  • Thorough understanding/knowledge of IPC-A_610, IPC-7093 & IPC-7095

  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $45320 - $72490

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
