As a Supplier Quality Engineer for Medium Voltage System Drives, Motion System Drives (MOSD) in New Berlin, Wisconsin, you will be responsible for managing operational supplier quality, both on site and off site, ensuring the thorough execution of supplier qualification and development processes. You will lead the execution of supplier assessments, driving both corrective and preventive actions based on supplier maturity and performance levels, managing the supplier\'s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will qualify potential and existing external suppliers of direct materials for Manufacturing and Projects. This role is responsible for quality surveillance audits at supplier manufacturing site and perform supply quality issue resolution including supplier claims preparation, leading supplier quality performance evaluation and supplier quality development activities.
