Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience with UX Design at the Enterprise design level

Strong experience with the UX Design process -- ideation, research, user analysis, flow charts, prototyping, wireframing, etc.

Experience communicating with stakeholders and using design strategy principles to make design decisions

Work experience with Figma, Slack and Google Slides

Hands on experience with usability testing and writing briefs

Strong understanding of user centered design, B2C products, design for mobile applications

Portfolio -that shows full design process and how designers came to their solution Experience in an Agile environment null
