The GA INDIA Industrial Growth Leader is responsible of growing our presence in the industrial market to reach and exceed the business goals, developing the right strategy, working directly with the main industrial customers, developing new channels and prepare the best solutions.

Job Description

Role and responsibilities

  • Develop the Regional Industrial Sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration, identifying with the sales team main accounts to reach the business plan.

  • Identify and develop the network of third party Sales Representatives for selling GE GA products/solutions in the industrial market in strong collaboration with the local sales team.

  • Ensure the development of new leads and market opportunities in the region

  • Be accountable for meeting or exceeding the orders and sales plans.

  • Work with customers to determine their CTQs (Critical To Quality) and appropriate product / service solutions needs

  • Outline, present and sell the value of our products and services that can benefit our customer needs

  • Work directly with Customers to influence specifications and close key deals

  • Provide an essential link from the customer to commercial operations, marketing, engineering and product development teams

  • Develop and cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of customer organizations and within GE

  • Provide market dynamics input such as competitive intelligence, to the Marketing and Business team

Required qualifications

  • B.E. (Electrical preferred) with postgraduate in Marketing

  • Over 10 years of experience in Protection and Control (Relays and Scada)
