Role Purpose

An individual with a background in sustainability/ESG and the built environment, with a passion forsales management,collaborationandinnovation. Responsible formanagingthe implementation of ourClientsuccessProgramme for ESG and Sustainability services in Continental Europe.This role will report directly to our Head of ESG & Sustainability services CE.You will be basedin Continental Europe, preferably in France, Netherlands,Germanyor Spain.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • In coordination withour European central team,manageaclient successprogramme focusedonlarge pan European clients (investors/ developers/ occupiers)

  • Preparecommercial proposals,product pitches,contracts andmanage theinvoicing process for the success of ourPan-Europeanprojects

  • Maintaingood qualitydata in our CRM Tool andMonitorclear success KPIs based onit(ClientIQ)

  • Transparently share theobjectivesand steps with the ESG country leads, to maximize collaboration and align client interactions

ESG coordination for Pan E clients

  • Convert leads to projects, developing andmaintainingkey client relationships to maximize opportunities for repeatbusiness;

  • Arrangeregular catch-up calls/meetings with Clientsin collaboration with our Central team. Routinely prepare and present at Client meetings to increase sustainability awareness and engagement.

  • Provide support and technical advice to all stakeholders to enable them to undertake their roles and responsibilities for sustainability.

  • Monitor client satisfaction (NPS)

Key account management

Grow our partnership with our Key clients in Continental Europe by significantly increasing our share of wallet with them across all the geographies and at aPan-Europeanlevel.

Skills & Competencies

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Climate Change)

  • 5+ years professional experience working as an ESG programme manager, sustainability consultant, or similar

  • Strong commercial awareness and detailed understanding of the real estatebusiness;

  • Makes it easy for people to get involved in our responsible businessactivities;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Working knowledge of a 3rd European language is a plus.

  • Experienced in navigating complex, matrixed corporate structures.
