Job Description

Digitas Health is looking for a Director to support with driving people initiatives across many client groups. You will help to manage the daily Talent function and lead programs for many employees.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

  • Work in partnership with the Talent SVP to deliver strategic Talent consulting to internal clients with a focus on staff planning

  • Guide the development of value-added Talent programs from start to finish that support the Agency’s efforts towards employee engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion

  • Oversee all employee relations matters and investigations to minimize organizational risk

  • Build relationships and provide excellent client service by ensuring a positive employee experience

  • Help improve people initiatives focusing on retention, engagement, recognition and talent management

  • Help deliver important talent programs, such as corporate social responsibility reporting, leadership development programs, performance management, and mentorship

  • Partner with the Talent SVP and leadership on action plans from employee engagement survey results

  • Provide counseling and support on corporate policies and benefit programs

  • Advise and respond quickly to management needs regarding general Talent & HR issues

  • Partner with Shared Services to ensure operational execution

  • Work with Digitas Health's Talent, Engagement, and Inclusion team (TEI) to manage goals that promote and engage employees in core TEI programming and programs that foster a diverse and inclusive work environment

  • Collaborate with the Talent team, leadership and client teams to implement and support the people and culture strategies and projects that support the mission, vision, values, and corporate goals of your Agency

  • Manage Talent team member(s) ensuring clear goals and focus areas are communicated, feedback is shared, and opportunities to develop are provided

Qualifications

  • Passionate about developing unique programs to enhance the employee experience

  • Education/Knowledge: University Degree or Community college diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent industry experience; Knowledge of general HR policies and important legislation governing employment relations

  • Experience managing team members

  • Experience/Skill: 10+ Years in the Human Resources field in a similar role
