We are seeking a PAD Mobile Supervisor to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA location. This posting is for Full Time, First Shift w/weekends possible (Monday - Friday 7AM - 3PM). Earn between $60,000 - $65,000/annually! Position Details Under the supervision of the PAD Program Director, the Mobile Supervisor will provide supervision and oversight of the Police Assisted Diversion Program that works in tandem with the Philadelphia Police Department. This includes: Supervising all staff connected to the program on multiple shifts and locations. Assisting with the development of a warm handoff process with Emergency Rooms, shelters, safe havens, and any other facility that one of the individuals we serve may need to receive services. Continuously cultivating partnerships with any other relevant stakeholders to insure a smooth workflow. Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, and/or counseling; master's degree preferred. A minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience. A minimum of 5 years behavioral health experience. Knowledge of the Behavioral Health service system, Criminal Justice system, and/or the shelter system is a plus.
