Human Resources Professional- Benefits

Dependent upon experience: HR Representative Under supervision, perform duties and assignments of a general scope related to the functions of the Human Resources Department; perform studies and undertake projects and prepare reports; perform special assignments, as assigned. HR Administrator Under direct supervision, assists in the planning coordinating and administration of all human resource functions including but not limited to, total rewards, employee relations, labor relations, training and development, document management, workers' compensation, affirmative action, diversity, ethics, and the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and business strategies. HR Supervisor Under minimal supervision, develops and assists in the administration of all human resource functions.

 

Expected to align personal goals with OVEC/IKEC Strategic Business Plan, it's the Mission, Vision and Values, as well as its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts. Employees are expected to actively support the OVEC-IKEC Strategic Plan.  Listed below are the five sections of the plan and a brief overview of each.
