Summary: Responsible for organizing bulk storage, stocking shelves, and corresponding with inventory control personnel on receiving. Assist Warehouse Receiving Clerk with truck line and container deliveries. Assist in picking and packing orders during busy season or act as a backup to the line workers. Must be able to prepare proper shipping papers and pallet loads for shipment via truck. Responsible for picking raw materials for our outside vendors. These tasks are accomplished by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Storing bulk product

Loading and unloading trucks and assisting in Receiving as needed

Helping build individual components into kits in-house

During the summer, assisting on the line as needed to accurately and rapidly pick products from warehouse locations in preparation for shipment to customers

Counting and bagging raw material

Stacking, banding, and wrapping large orders on pallets for shipment by truck carriers

Assisting with lab orders in the summer and Amazon orders when needed

Stocking primary warehouse locations with products stored in back-stock locations

Assigning bin location for new products

Distinguishing between raw material and finished product

Doing box count and supplies weekly

Cleaning up pallets outside of building as part of housekeeping

Backing up batch picker

Backing up shipper to the manifest

Doing general housekeeping in the warehouse area
