Job Description

An employer is looking for a Full Stack JS Developer to sit remotely. Your primary focus will be to own development efforts related to the clients international/ LATAM ecommerce products. You will assist with the build out of a design system that caters to a world-wide audience and reduces time to iterate on new features and ideas. You will leverage new technologies, platforms, and partners like GraphQL, NestJS, React/ React Native, AWS, etc. You will design and present new initiatives, software and architecture/ design patterns to your peers and support your efforts through to fruition. You will operate in an Agile/ Scrum fashion and partner closely with peer teams to ensure quality and timely development results. Additional tasks will include building new React components, API endpoints and AWS infrastructure as code as well as writing Unit and end to end tests as needed.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience in JavaScript/ Typescript (front-end and back-end)

Node experience

React/ React Native experience

Redux experience

Experience with AWS (SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, ECS, CloudFront, Lambda, etc).

Familiarity with SQL/ NoSQL databases and event-driven architecture

Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum methodology

Experience with DevOps methodologies and practices

Unit and end to end testing experience (Cypress)

Bilingual English/ Spanish Ecommerce experience

Terraform with AWS

GraphQL null
