Waterfronts II Condominium Association is looking for an Assistant Grounds Maintenance Technician to perform tasks that include grounds upkeep and maintenance. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Facility Maintenance Manager in assisting with basic functions with equipment and building issues and to ensure facilities are safe, in order, and functional. Experience in basic carpentry is desired. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Salary is based on experience. Responsibilities Include: • Perform daily upkeep and monitoring property conditions, grassy areas, sidewalks, pool, beach parking lot etc. • Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing outdoor light bulbs • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations • Be on-call to respond to emergency issues • Report to a facilities or maintenance manager of issues Requirements and skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Physical stamina and dexterity and ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the day • High school diploma or GED certification • Vocational or trade school experience in carpentry is desired • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Hourly pay TO APPLY: Email your resume Email: customerservice@leypropertymanagement.com
