Oracle Senior Manager, Analytics Customer Excellence (OASE) in Providence, Rhode Island

Job Description

Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) strives to enable customers to fully leverage their data by offering premier architectural guidance and design. As part of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, our team includes Solution Architects who specialize in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, and Fusion Data Intelligence. Our main goal is to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Analytics.

We engage with customers and partners globally, building trust in Oracle Analytics. We also collaborate with Product Management to improve product offerings and share our insights through blogs, webinars, and demonstrations.

This role is crucial for any enterprise striving to fully use Oracle’s Fusion Data Intelligence, ensuring that their business users not only adapt to but also thrive in a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and refine the strategy for deploying, integrating, and improving the adoption of Fusion Data Intelligence to support organizational goals.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, mentor, and retain a team of solution architects to implement FDI solutions effectively in timely fashion, pre and post sales.

  • Project Management: Lead all aspects of multiple customer projects, ensuring they are implemented (post sales) and converted (pre-sales) on time, within scope and within the budget.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal and external partners to align Fusion Data Intelligence capabilities and its vision with business needs.

  • Training and Development: Ensure team members are well-trained on recent features and standard processes in Fusion Data Intelligence including AI and ML.

  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance on the technical aspects of Fusion Data Intelligence, including data augmentation, data reliability, and data security.

  • Innovation: Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team, exploring new ways to demonstrate Fusion Data Intelligence for business advantage.

  • Partner Management: Manage relationships with Oracle and other partners to ensure that the customer's needs are being met and to stay updated on the latest developments.

  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all data management practices align with legal and regulatory standards.

Primary Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Must possess 7 years of demonstrated ability with OBIA and Oracle Analytics.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Analytics products, particularly Fusion Data Intelligence.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certification in Oracle Analytics or related technologies.

  • Experience in change management and driving adoption of new technologies.

  • Profound understanding of AI and ML in Business Analytics

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $84,700 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
