Senior Marketing Program Manager BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Program Manager (Contractor) for Fully Remote Work opportunity supporting Redmond, WA Position Title: Senior Marketing Program Manager Job Type: Contract Expected Duration: 12+ Months Contract Location: Redmond, WA (Fully Remote Work)--- 1-2 days a week onsite from time to time but not on a weekly basis, Fully Remote Domestic US Sourcing any US time zone - slight preference for candidates that can come into the office in building in Redmond, Washington a few days per month. If hybrid, # of days contractor will be required to work onsite: If applicable only occasionally, a few days per month. Pay: $75 - $80/hr on w2 Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 5 years experience with Email communications/template creation Typical Day in the Role Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is owning direct channel marketing for products in the modern work and security space. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to support marketing initiatives and communications. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of project management, takes initiative, has a knack for relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills, and is driven to ensure the seamless execution of go-to-market plans. Key projects: This role will contribute to the tactical day-to-day project management of the integrated marketing team, working with channel partners to drive integrated marketing campaigns for Small to Medium sized Businesses (SMB). This position will assist with general program management duties as well as chasing teams down for resolutions, create several PowerPoint decks for storytelling marketing strategies, campaigns and postmortem; create templates for email and social media communications announcing new campaigns, sharing results post-launch, etc. This position will be working cross-functionally with multiple teams including teams specializing in web marketing, paid media, social media, etc. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. A degree in a related field such as business and marketing or finance would be preferable but is not required. Responsibilities: * Cross-functional teams (and contribute) to ideate, lock and execute marketing initiatives, encouraging innovation, collaboration and timely completion of tasks. * Project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or deviations. * Detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables, to ensure effective execution of go-to-market initiatives. * Development of processes and ROB (Rhythm of Business) to support SMB (Small to Medium sized Business) marketing programs. * Provide project updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and seeking feedback as needed. * Team communication by leading results-oriented messaging and developing standardized templates for slides, documents, and emails to ensure consistency. Qualifications: * Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an integrated marketing, go-to-market, or product launch capacity. * Organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in designing visually appealing and impactful PowerPo
