Deluxe Executive Client Strategist in Remote, Georgia

    This individual will cultivate, drive, and close sales opportunities within the large enterprise credit card vertical. The Executive Client Strategist will be responsible for managing and growing these key relationships by practicing sophisticated consultative selling.

  • Progress sales cycle for opportunities from the point of identification / qualification through to the completion of an agreement.

  • Develop and grow the sales pipeline continually by leveraging the efforts of Client Strategy, and Marketing, as well as through direct efforts.

  • Create successful strategies to differentiate Deluxe offerings from competitors to lead and guide the ongoing activities and efforts of the deal team.

  • Forecast the financial value and estimated closure dates for opportunities consistently and accurately.

  • Qualify and prioritize sales opportunities proactively to maximize sales attainment.

  • Develop and maintain territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets on an ongoing basis.

  • Develop compelling, attainable client-facing business cases for program impact.

  • Confer with client, sales leaders, and operations to ensure strategic and tactical aspect align with client’s short- and long-term objectives.

  • Works with operations to analyze and consult on program performance, make recommendations, and cross-sells opportunities.

  • Provides weekly client status call to share strategic insights. Offers channel and incentive recommendations.

  • Evaluate and analyze raw data; present findings to client, makes go-forward recommendation for campaign and longer-term objectives.

  • Provide solution input and guidance to support overall internal Deluxe product strategy. Provide guidance for new products and enhancements to existing products to ensure all solutions can deliver effective execution and performance for results for the client.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • B achelor’s degree (or HS diploma/GED and 4 years of related experience) in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

  • 6 years of experience selling to large enterprise credit card issuers

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree

  • 10+ years of experience selling to large enterprise credit card issuers, ideally including large banks, monoline lenders, and fintech lenders, and across full credit spectrum of prime to subprime

  • Experience selling both standard cost marketing campaign services, as well as pay-for-performance programs.

  • Ability to create deal strategy & differentiation, orchestrate and lead deal teams

  • Ability to uncover and navigate the prospect evaluation and approval process

  • Experience with targeting multi-channel prescreen credit card acquisition programs, including deep familiarity with attributes from multiple credit bureaus

Target Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $300,000.00 - $300,000.00 Additional Sales Incentive Plan as well
