This Critical Care Technician opportunity is full time at 36 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient night shift schedule. This dynamic individual will provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a RN or physician. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, emotional support and performs more complex clinical skills under the direction of a RN.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift

  • Ensures patient is provided with the names and contact numbers for members of the care team and is on the communication board every shit

  • Assists with patient admissions, discharge and transfers

  • Consistently completes hourly rounds and updates communication board when rounding is complete

    Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent.

  • Current CNA certification in the state of Nevada.

  • Current BLS certificate.

  • Advanced cardiac rhythm competency within 6 months of hire

  • Completion of Healthstream course AACN: Essentials of ECG & Dysrhythmia Monitoring within 6 months of hire
