Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility will be implementing change management strategies and plans designed in collaboration with project teams, key stakeholders, and the Organizational Change Management Lead. These plans and strategies are tailored to the stakeholder needs, and include components such as change impact analysis, resistance management, communication plans, training needs, stakeholder and community engagement, and post go-live support materials and support transition plan. The goal of the Organizational Change Analyst is to drive faster adoption and foster greater proficiency related to the changes that impact employees, maximizing the value of new systems and processes.

The Organizational Change Analyst does not have supervisory responsibility but will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. The OCA may act as a coach for staff at all levels, helping them to fulfill their roles as change agents. The OCA may also provide support to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. The OCA will also support project teams into integrating change management activities into their project plans.

The Organizational Change Analyst collects data in support of metrics designed to measure change readiness, adoption risk, change progress, and training/support effectiveness. The OCA helps define ways to present data so that it can be effectively understood and acted upon by the project team.

Required Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 1 - 2 years of related experience

Skills:

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

  • Demonstrable skills developing and executing communications materials, such as micro videos, fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, and presentations.

  • Proven ability to lead others to achieve awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support from users

  • Excellent business writing skills to develop email announcements, design promotional materials, prepare/conduct briefings, and help develop training materials

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing, design and/or human factors education or experience

  • Experience developing and delivering training and communications

  • Change management certification or designation

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

Job Summary:

Please be advised that this position is temporarily funded with the anticipated end date of April 1, 2026.

The Organizational Change Analyst (OCA) will play a key role in ensuring the ERP implementation change initiative meets objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the “people side” of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
