Quality partner driving quality in the business, using Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the business portfolio. Responsible for promoting quality throughout the company, implementing and leveraging the Quality Management Systems (QMS) at all levels of the organization. Evaluates strategies, policies, processes and procedures as part of the management system. Promotes a Quality Culture, supports initiatives that drive on-going process improvement, facilitating changes to the quality strategy into the business. Must be the primary interface, owning and managing the local implementation of the company Quality Management System. Maintains and implements certification coverage ensuring on-going compliance to the company standards and external certification. Analyzes data, identifies trends and use statistics ensuring the processes meet the company business and customer needs. Promotes understanding of the processes required for fulfillment of customer satisfaction and contractual commitments. Uses improvement methodologies to provide leadership to support business performance.


• Support contract management including liaison with the Department and EPMO, establish performance metrics and reporting, confirm completion of deliverables and reporting

• Audit, consolidate and analyze multiple streams of quality data and process results to identify trends and issues, perform root-cause analysis, develop recommendations for resolution, and track effectiveness of remedies

• Monitor contract compliance to include deliverables, metrics, and reporting; provide audit reports

• When appropriate, collaborate with System Group Director, EPMO, Operations Director, and Privacy Officer to validate processes, work products, and deliverables to confirm compliance, as well as processes for improving performance

• Contribute to implementing, sustaining, promoting, and operation of QMS structure, processes, policies, and procedures for the organization

• Collaborate with operational, technical, and account subject matter experts and leaders

• Liaison with external auditors to compile work products, metrics, and provide access to information

• Identify and conduct process improvement and quality-oriented studies, projects, and audits of organizational processes

• Update and perform reviews for quality-related plan, manual and reports •

Required Experience:

• Minimum of five years auditing experience

• Extensive program administrative experience

• Strong exposure to quality management and quality assurance processes and ability to apply these processes to make sure the accuracy and timeliness of DXC's performance is included in each area of responsibility

• Ability to apply analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of industry and internal quality standards and methodologies

• Ability to use data-collection and analysis tools and software packages to gather, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources

• Ability to use empirical analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to validate compliance with quality standards

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
