"Our Real Estate client is hiring a Consultant/ Tech Writer who has experience developing and writing standard operating procedure manuals (SOP), to join their team for an 8 week assignment.Due date for completed SOP is end of Q2.Over the years, our client has acquired multiple businesses and are now in the phase of blending cultures and streamlining processes and procedures.As the Consultant/ Tech Writer, youll work closely with the Director of Customer Experience and Operations to turn her teams research findings into one manual, ensuring consistent, accurate and safe business practices.The users of this manual will be internal, operations team members, specifically customer service reps who are new hires and those getting promoted from site manager to operations manager.Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience developing and writing SOPs - Change management experience- Excellent communication, writing and proofing skills - Ability to plan and complete in phases, with an end of Q2 due date- Must provide an estimate of how many hours it will take you to completeCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
