Talent Acquisition Managers are responsible for managing the applicant experience by facilitating interviews, the selection process, and onboarding. This includes assisting with workforce planning and determining viable candidate sourcing options. The right person would have fundamental knowledge in Microsoft Applications, HR Information Systems, and the ability to maintain an Applicant Tracking System. This position must uphold compliance with state and federal regulations and support company Diversity initiatives such as an Affirmative Action plan. The Human Resources function prides itself on excellence, service, integrity and accountability.
