We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual who will be responsible for managing the implementation of the SW Custom Licensing Application. The responsibilities include performing GAP/Fit analysis, identifying business requirements, documenting as-is and to-be processes, business process mapping and analysis and provide support during realization, testing, go-live and support phases of the project. This position requires a significant degree of leadership and influence with cross-functional team members.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and Document Business requirements

• Document As-is and To-be Business Process flows

• Create User stories, Use cases and User flows as required

• Perform testing (UAT, SIT and Regression) and document results of test cases

• Initiate Project Change Control process and implement as necessary

• Coordinate with various partners (internal & external) to support the project through all phases - identifying business requirements, business process mapping and analysis, realization, testing, go-live and support phases

• Communicate and validate business requirements with relevant stakeholders

• Lead communication about project status, risks and mitigation plans to project teams and senior management on a periodic basis

• Define and track project performance measurements

Qualifications

Experience:

• 8-10 years experience as a Business Analyst or in IT Systems Consulting

• 5+ years experience in program/project management

• Interface knowledge with Oracle systems preferred

• Experience writing user stories, writing test plans and executing test plans

• Experience working with Cross functional teams

• Demonstrated experience in data driven decision making

• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and prioritize against multiple deliverables

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS Office Suite and MS Project

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (such as Computer Science or Management Information Systems or similar) required

• MBA or relevant Masters Degree preferred
