Liberty Latin America Carrier Relationship Business Analyst in San Juan, Puerto Rico

What's the role?

Summary:

Carrier Relationship Business Analyst is primarily responsible for the complete day to day administration of the relationship with Key Customer, assisting the Carrier Relationship Manager (CRM) where needed, in order to provide outstanding service to Key Customer.

How can you add value?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for receiving Key Customer inquiries and delegating those to the various teams, such as Finance, IT, Legal, Operations, Network, Business Intelligence, and other Liberty Latin America (LLA) subsidiary companies.

  • Creation of new internal operational processes to adhere to the dynamic changes that are requested by Key Customer.

  • Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports that may pertain to Key Customer.

  • Perform end of month invoice calculation and coordinate with the Finance Department on final invoice amounts.

  • A detailed understanding of all the contracts between LCPR and Key Customer.

  • Lead dispute efforts pertaining to contracts, ensure that accurate documentation is available prior to engaging executive channels.

  • Interact with local Operation team in order to monitor implementation/construction project delivery process and track/update statuses (Handle Funnel, Pipeline, Installations, Cancellations and Renewals).

  • Keep service level and key performance indicator dashboard updated.

  • Support Carrier Relations Manager with various functions (eg. creation of documents, taking meeting notes, coordinating meetings, preparing materials for the executive team).

  • Organize and present information in logical and comprehensive manner.

  • Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all LLA’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

  • Other functions may be assigned.

What do you need?

  • Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or engineering preferred)

  • Excel, Word and Power Point specialist

  • Ability to read English contracts

  • Experience in the telecommunication sector

  • Basic financial concepts and metrics

Other qualifications:

  • Pro-active personality, able to communicate requirement to different areas.

  • Organized and able to understand the existing internal processes and Key components in order to acquire maximum efficiency.

  • Outstanding attention to details, and able to suggest steps and actions sought at improving existing processes.

  • Capable to understand key accounting and financial concepts related to Budget, Sales and Account Receivables.

  • Ability to interact effectively with customers, administration and staff.
