What you need: At least 10 years of experience in a client-facing/engagement management role Ability to influence client decisions, ability to lead and coach UST subject matter experts, leaders and technical associates. Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and UST. Bonus Points If: Experience selling staff augmentation projects Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.
