Zoom CX Consultant in Seattle, Washington

PST Timezone PreferredImmigration sponsorship is not available for this positionWhat you can expectJoin Zoom as a Customer Experience Consultant and lead large-scale implementations for enterprise clients, utilizing multi-channel contact center experience and cloud providers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams to design custom projects and integrations, managing the software development process from conception to deployment. You will also customize CRMs like Salesforce, ZenDesk, and others using Java skills to solve customer use cases within the Zoom Platform. Lastly, you will oversee the end-to-end life-cycle of software and applications, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous innovation. Join us and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing CX solutions at Zoom.About the Team The CX Consultant team bridges the gap between prospects' needs and implementations by providing guidance on technical integrations and coordinating deployments. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers to scope, design, and deliver solutions for prospects and clients. These solutions will be provided for both new and existing features/functionality.

What we’re looking for

  • Have MS degree or equivalent experience in a directly related discipline (CS, Eng, etc.)

  • Experience working with large complex enterprise migrations from one vendor solution to another

  • Have a successful track record of building, deploying, and supporting an enterprise-scale web application in the cloud

  • Be a hands-on software development experience in Java and JavaScript, integrating with CX Cloud Platforms/3rd Party Products

  • Have an understanding of complex workflows and the ability to develop/validate innovative solutions for difficult problems

  • Experience with major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, etc.)

  • Have comprehension of best practices for software security for integrations

  • Be comfortable presenting in front of customers and clients

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
