Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will provide leadership and lead the project planning and execution, budget and resource management, stakeholder management, quality assurance and compliance including, but not limited to ;

• Managing a comprehensive project plan outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.

• Monitor progress against the project plan and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.

• Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives while optimizing costs.

• Identify and address potential risks through mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project budget and timeline.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, both internally and externally.

• Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and milestones.

• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet established standards and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in engineering or manufacturing environments.

• Strong technical background with knowledge of engineering principles and processes.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
