通常情况下,您需要

• 确保企业实现短期和长期收入目标

• 推动销售战略,实现产品组合增长

• 与主要客户建立稳固的关系,确保业务的长期增长

• 调动和领导销售队伍,提高能力和生产率

• 与业务主管密切合作,优化销售和营销战略

• 建立和监控销售关键绩效指标,管理销售活动和预测

• 协助团队建立联系、定价、投标和招标

• 管理和优化数字工具的使用

成功的候选人需要具备:

• 您拥有商业或技术学位和 7 年相关工作经验,或拥有相关领域的高级学位和 5 年工作经验

• 您在类似行业(建筑/设施管理/暖通空调/消防与安全/服务/机电)中担任过销售管理职务,并拥有良好的业绩记录。

• 您注重结果,能够在要求严格、复杂的企业组织中按部就班地工作

• 您拥有通过协作和包容性领导来激励销售团队的成功经验

• 你具有战略思维,能够实现短期目标和长期目标

• 您倾听客户心声的能力、团队精神和卓越的运营能力将为奥的斯的业务带来积极的变化。
