GENERAL CONSTRUCTION FIELD OPERATIONS 1. Achieve the revenue expectations for each project by controlling material and labor costs 2. Develop a fluid production plan for each opportunity including schedule and daily work expectations 3. Produce and deliver a daily production report for each field activity. The production report should match the schedule closely. Review plan vs actual production on a weekly basis and make adjustments to the field as needed. 4. Manage the field efforts of subcontractors to be sure that they are maintaining performance and quality as we require. 5. Identify any field issues affecting production 6. Assist management as needed in the design and build of a new headquarters/shop and the relocation from our present location to the new location by the end of 2015 7. Provide field-based project management assistance to GC Team for each project 8. Review and initial approval of material l invoices Input to Genera l Management future staffing requirements as pertains to this sector
