Nestle Senior SHE Executive in SIJANGKANG, Malaysia

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health & Environment or any other relevant discipline.

5+ years of experience in Safety, Health and Enviroment

We are looking for a SHE Executive to support the SHE Manager in all aspects of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE).

A day in the life of...

  • Drive SHE-Pillar programs to achieve Zero injuries and accidents

  • Support function to SHE Manager for Distribution Center (DC), drive continuous improvement by enforcing compliance to local statutory requirements, Nestle standards and guidelines.

  • Have an oversight of Permit to Work(PTW) approvals through review of Method statement (MOS) and HIRARC with a strong technical knowledge on high risk activity ie; Work at Height (WAH), Hot Work, High Hazard Electrical Work, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), lifting activity (mobile crane), work related to use of mobile work elevated platform (MEWP) & material handling equipment’s (MHE)

  • Provide coaching to enhance competency of SHE champions and promote SHE awareness and commitment across all stakeholders.

  • Assist SHE Manager in preparation of documentation for internal and external audits ie; Nestle Internal Audit, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

  • Conduct incident investigation, development of root cause analysis (RCA) along with corrective action and preventive action plan (CAPA)

  • Conduct quarterly Safety and Health Committee meeting and organize workplace inspection with safety committee members.

  • Plan and coordinate SHE related trainings for stakeholders.

  • Ensure legal register is current and up to date.

  • To assist SHE Manager in digitalization of safety reporting tools using MS Form, Power BI & Power Automate

  • To develop and create trend analysis reports for Incident reporting, Behavioral Observation (BBS) and Safety Tagging (Unsafe Condition) statistics

What Will Make You Successful

  • Valid Greenbook - registered with DOSH

  • Previous professional experience across safety, health and/or environmental areas.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.

  • Good communication skills and passionate in safety.
