Role Overview:

As a CBRE Compensation Consultant, you will provide advice, direction, and guidance on

broadly defined compensation matters. This job is a part of the Total Rewards functional area

which focuses on planning, designing, evaluating, and administering employee compensation

programs.

This position is accountable for providing compensation insights & job architecture support for

all global regions (Americas, Europe, and an in-depth focus in the APAC region).

  • Global support for compensation programs and CBRE’s Global Job Architecture program

  • Support implementation of additional Global Job Architecture components, with in-depth focus on APAC region

  • Support Global Salary Grade & Range review process for all regions, with in-depth focus on APAC region

  • Primary APAC contact for Global Compensation Initiatives

  • Support implementation of global compensation tools and market pricing initiatives

  • Support insights and analytics for compensation planning, reviews, and proposals (globally)

  • Manage the Global Job Architecture job catalog

  • Develop governance and process flows to support creation of new jobs, employee movement, job evaluations, and other compensation processes globally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with advanced Excel capabilities.

  • Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Sophisticated analytical skills
