Description

We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to our employees. If you have a passion for payroll and a commitment to excellence, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

· Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately [number] employees

· Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and taxes

· Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

· Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

· Assist with special projects and reporting as needed

Requirements

· 2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred

· Proficient in payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex)

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
