Stanley Consultants is seeking a Market Leader to lead and build our Water market presence. This leader will lead and execute a comprehensive market sector strategy inclusive of business development and program/project delivery resulting in the enhanced presence and brand recognition of the company as a significant, innovative provider of solutions in the Water market. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Essential duties include: Responsible for growth and performance of the Water market Develop sales and engagement programs built on strong client relationships, the Company's strategic objectives, and a deep understanding of the current/future needs of the Water market. Ensure the execution of the global market strategy, including alignment of service offerings with client and market road maps. Understand competitor / industry / market / technology advancements and opportunities and connects those to our offerings - particularly related to digital solutions. Engage with key industry leaders / buying influencers and leverage the relationships to identify significant new applications and new opportunities. Provide deep market insights based on understanding of client activity cycle, purchase criteria, and market landscape. Provide direction for practice teams and business development teams, generating energy and alignment toward identifying and driving new opportunities. Own and drive total opportunity funnel for the market sector in order to drive growth. Stay current on internal and external information to continuously adapt marketing and business strategy. Ensure that members and teams are supported by a work environment conducive to high productivity, collaboration, safety, and overall member development, engagement and satisfaction. Accountable for the objectives established for attracting, retaining and developing talent. Key Performance Indicators: Sales growth in the Water market sector Profit generated from the Water market sector Team Development and member engagement Job Requirements include: Must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Science, MBA or Masters in Engineering or an affiliated technical discipline preferred. Minimum of 10 years of successful experiences in business development, service management, operations management and/or strategic marketing leadership. Extensive experience in the Water market sector and industry. Experience successfully leading and developing business strategy. Demonstrated track record of leveraging market network to identify and execute new application and service opportunities, resulting in profitable revenue growth in the industry.
