Ecolab Inc REMOTE Associate Logistics Manager - Deployment Lead in St. Paul, Minnesota

Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products with services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets, has the following position available on our North American Logistics team in St. Paul, MN The Associate Logistics Manager - Deployment Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth start-up for our new distribution centers, Ecolab Customer Care Centers - EC3s in North America. In this role, the individual will be on point to support the site leader in all activities related to opening a new facility. The deployment lead will work across all shifts as necessary to ensure the local teams have the support they need to get to steady-state as quickly as possible. The high visibility role will require extended travel during the site openings. In addition, this role will provide onsite support for our EC3s as they implement our new Warehouse Management System/Labor Management System. Responsibilities will include supporting the operation across all shifts; ensuring the teams have the resources they need to execute the operation. The position will ensure metrics are being reported as well as lead root cause analysis to identify potential issues. Will also work to bring solutions to enable the site to achieve peak productivity as soon as possible after the go live. Extended travel will be required during the WMS/LMS go lives. What You Will Do: Deploy to NA sites as they go live on our new WMS system; boots on the ground to support the sites across all shifts Support the start-up of new EC3s across the US; be the face of the start-up and provide direct support to the site leader by providing feedback and action plans to attack issues Collaborate with functional leaders on key performance metrics that are tracking the recovery efforts of each go live Drive engagement with the local teams and the support functions; using metrics to drive decisions Monitor site and shift performance metrics and provide necessary actions to improve productivity Align expectations for start-ups and go lives; establish realistic timelines for each site to be achieve daily KPIs Provide root cause analysis of daily service escalations and provide corrective action feedback to leadership teams Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 4+ years of supply chain, logistics or related experience Ability to travel at least 50% of the time No immigration sponsorship available for this role Relocation is not available for this position Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Mathematics Proven experience with project management and/or business analysis Strong problem-solving, analytic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, including executive level presentations SAP operations and reporting capability Self-starter with detail orientation; persistence and ability to work independently to drive execution. Solid understanding of supply chain drivers and key sensitivities, with business performance reporting experience Ability to synthesize/analyze complex and diverse information and to develop and recommend strategies and communicate them clearly Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, glean and form business insights under aggressive timelines Demonstrated ability to manage complexity/ambiguity and multiple initiatives The range for this role is dependent upon experience $102,600- $114,000 (DOE) Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.to see our benefits.
