JOB SUMMARY

This key role reports to the Portfolio Management Sr. Director within the US-Canada Technology team and will shape and execute our content strategy. Creates and manages the organization and dissemination of content across all platforms for US/Canada and will contribute to creating strategies to efficiently manage knowledge resources, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a strategic thinker and creative leader who will have a strong background in content strategy, hands-on graphic design skills, and the ability to influence a team to create visually appealing and engaging content.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university; or equivalent experience, training, and certifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in content management, knowledge management, or a related field, with a focus on graphic design that has also fostered:

· Strong understanding of content strategy, information architecture, and user experience principles.

· Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), knowledge management platforms, and digital analytics tools.

· Ability to deliver clear, easy-to-understand communications deliverables

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Experience working in or on behalf of (i.e., consulting) a large-scale, global enterprise strongly preferred

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

• Establishes strong, collaborative ties with the Director of Communications on the Portfolio Management organization.

• Delivers difficult and time-sensitive requests with clear, easy-to-understand content.

• Partners with a team of content creators, curators, and knowledge managers to optimize information flow and promote best practices in content management.

• Creates visually compelling and engaging content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.

• Identifies needs and then develops, manages, and maintains content management plans for the organization across internal towers (TSSC, Field Operations, PSS, etc.)

• Partners and builds relationships with other disciplines and teams, i.e. Global Technology, Global Operations, Owner Franchise Services, etc. to ensure our content strategy is aligned with these key stakeholders

• Manages the implementation and maintenance of knowledge management systems, including content repositories, databases, and collaboration tools, to facilitate efficient access to information.

• Establishes and maintains standardization of content management including but not limited to content storage location, naming conventions, and MGS updates.

• Partners with the Director of Communications to develop and deliver communications deliverables, including – but not limited to – webinars, PowerPoint presentations, talking points, job aids, etc.

• Analyzes content performance metrics and user feedback to optimize and improve content strategy continually.

• Develops and implements a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall continent marketing goals.

• Defines and maintains the information architecture of content repositories, ensuring content is organized logically and tagged appropriately for easy retrieval and dissemination.

• Establishes content governance policies and procedures to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance with standards across all content assets.

• Creates visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for digital and print materials.

• Ensures all design assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

• Develops multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive graphics to enhance user engagement.

• Monitors and analyzes content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

• Modernizes and updates MGS page for US/Canada; consolidates SharePoint reference sites.

California Applicants Only : The salary range for this position is $110,550.00 to $245,238.00 annually.

Colorado Applicants Only : The salary range for this position is $110,550.00 to $222,943.00 annually.

Hawaii Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $133,766.00 to $245,238.00 annually.

New York Applicants Only : The salary range for this position is $110,550.00 to $245,238.00 annually.

Washington Applicants Only : The salary range for this position is $110,550.00 to $245,238.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
