Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is looking for a fully remote candidate to join their team for a ServiceNow Implementation Project. This candidates main responsibilities will be to support the IVR Implementation in the final phase, help develop and integrate GIS into the new system, and support with Identity Access management within Active Directory. This organization has a team of 5 developers and 3 leaders to help oversee the success of the project. It is a fully remote role with core hours of 8:00-5:00 EST. The team starts with a daily meeting every morning at 8:00 to go over progress and action items for the day. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Implementation with IVR. Additionally, this candidate will need to be flexible as things are constantly changing with 32+ projects and priorities shifting from the business.
