Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with D365 Recruitment Experience - REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

Essential Activities

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand strategy, requirements and presents candidate profiles using strong talent advisor opinion in order to help hiring managers make informed decisions.

  • Manage requisitions for both net new hires and replacement hires by creating and managing process the flow of job requisitions into applicant tracking system.

  • Utilize technology to post jobs, source for candidate and maintain documentation for all candidates, searches and recruiting activities.

  • Proactively identify candidate sources, using them to build applicant pipelines through a wide array of candidate channels.

  • Attract applicants by utilizing various sourcing channels, such LinkedIn and other social media sites, and referral campaigns.

  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need.

  • Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques, screen and/or interview candidates and provide recommendations regarding applicant consideration and candidate selection.

  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule on site interviews.

  • Arrange for business unit screens, technical screens, and role plays with business unit team members.

  • Update Workday system on a daily basis to support sourcing and screening activities.

  • Organize, lead and document talent acquisition strategy session with managers for pre and post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates.

  • Partner with candidates to understand their career goals and align candidates with appropriate opportunities.

  • Manage relationships with HR business partners and practice leaders.

Requirements

  • 2+ YEARS OF MS DYNAMICS 365 RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE AND 5+ YEARS OF I T RECRUITMENT.

  • 10-15 years experience in a high volume corporate recruiting or agency environment.

  • Ability to lead ancillary recruiting team members including sourcer.

  • Advanced experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system

  • A “go-getter” attitude; someone who can work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and seamlessly shift based on changing priorities

  • High customer service experience; excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office, especially Excel and other office tools

  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

Preferred Requirements – Education, Skills & Abilities

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources
