Health System Sales ICM (Indirect Channel Manager) Lead
Responsible for driving sales of products and services with Channel Partners in the assigned territory. This is accomplished through development and management of the network of operationally effective and efficient Channel Partners with trained and motivated sales professionals.
Your role:
Manages relationships with big, most strategic indirect channel partners, with complex organization structures and processes
Formulates, the future strategic directions for Indirect Channel Sales (short and long-term)
Directs and controls Indirect Channel Management activities by insuring the Indirect Channel Sales team is adequately prepared to deliver on accountabilities, goals & projects.
Determines and assesses the value of new developments and identifying new opportunities for Philips.
Oversees the global developments that are relevant for the business, and determines the implications for the domain.

Job requirement:
Fluent level of English and Japanese
Deep understanding of healthcarein assigned territory
Commercial mind-set and strategicthinking
Communication skill and abilityto motivate and influence
