HS diploma/GED and valid MO driver's license required. Qualifying candidates will also require basic computer skills. Starting wage $20-$22/hour -all certifications/training provided!

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include: days/evenings/weekdays/weekends/holidays.

Minimal Essential Functions: 1. Effective oral and written communication with persons served, co-workers, and other stakeholders 2. Provision of personal care to persons served as needed including personal hygiene tasks, dispensing of medications, and lifting/transferring clients when applicable 3. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays with regular attendance 4. Provide appropriate First Aid and/or CPR as needed 5. Have a valid Missouri drivers license 6. Ability to safely drive any agency vehicle and properly operate lift 7. Is able to bend/squat/twist/kneel frequently 8. Is able to lift 50 pounds 9. Hearing/Vision must be within the normal range (corrective devices are acceptable) 10. Follow through with assignments independently 11. Solve problems as they arise 12. Change routine in a positive manner 13. Respond appropriately to emergency situations 14. Teach persons served utilizing positive behavior development techniques 15. Assist clients in exploring community resources and facilitating community inclusion 16. Accessible by phone for emergency situations 17. Effective public relations skills 18. Basic computer skills 19. Work effective independently and/or as a team 20. Maintain confidentiality
