Essential Job Functions
Assist with the coordination and implementation of DXC’s transfer pricing processes and procedures. This includes providing day-to-day transfer pricing support for DXC Technology.
Prepare the company’s global transfer pricing documentation. This includes the Master Files and Local Files for all of DXC’s subsidiaries.
Assist with the preparation and review of the base erosion anti-abuse calculations. Assists with identifying transactions that qualify for the services cost method for purposes of the base erosion calculation.
Refresh/update the company’s cost allocations annually and review the calculations quarterly. This includes performing functional interviews to estimate if direct benefit is received from subsidiaries.
Maintain a database of calculations of intercompany transactions, including the backup data to support such calculations in the case of an eventual audit.
Assist with preparation of Country-by-Country reporting.
Gathering financial data from the company’s financial systems which are needed to complete documentation, prepare transfer pricing adjustments and assist with planning.
Prepare and maintain complex spreadsheets/models to calculate intercompany transactions.
Assist with integrating transfer pricing policies for acquired companies. This includes integration for past and future acquisitions.
Assist with tax planning related to transfer pricing.
Support tax audits related to transfer pricing.
Liaise with other teams in Global Tax, Controllership, Business Finance, Enterprise Financial Reporting, Intercompany, Treasury and Legal.
Liaise with external transfer pricing consultants, as needed.
Prepare analysis to support transfer pricing policies to external auditors.
Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
Five or more years of transfer pricing experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm and/or a major corporation.
Knowledge of U.S. Regulations and OECD Guidelines required.
Excellent Excel and Word experience a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication skills for providing documentation to support personnel, customers, and managers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
