Ricoh Americas Corporation Solutions Sales Executive - GPO in Mississauga, Ontario

Job Profile:

The Account Manager (AM) is accountable for managing all aspects of the customer relationship for our top-tier not-for-profit collaborative sourcing partner and accounts. The AM will represent Ricoh across all products and services to achieve company goals for revenue and profit growth. The AM will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing a cross functional strategic plan to improve customer satisfaction, ensure value realization, and drive incremental revenue and profit to the company. The AM will sell directly to members of the assigned Group Purchasing Organization(s) and be assigned a revenue target.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develops key account relationships with Strategic Group Purchasing Organization(s), committee leaders and key thought leaders within collaborative sourcing partner and accounts.

  • Accountable for executing the Public Sector strategic plan and achieving revenue/profit goals across the company.

  • Works across the company and customer to enhance relationships at all levels.

  • Prepare RFP/RFQ customer proposals coordinating all aspects of contract development and execution, including gaining alignment across internal and external teams.

  • Assess business, financial, and operational implications of proposed contracts and ensure provisions of proposals are compliant and aligned with vertical strategies.

  • Lead all GPO migrations/transitions based on policy and customer designation.

  • Serve as a part of the sales team for Public Sector, working with VP or Sales Manager on operations and execution of GPO contracts.

Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or University Degree

  • Minimum 1-3 years of direct B2B sales; industry selling experience is preferred.

Skills:

  • Customer facing sales and excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of the industry and assigned vertical.

  • Ability to develop a strategic plan and implement to drive to desired results

  • Experience collaborating and working cross functionally to create value and execute plans.

  • Experience in Collaborating with senior decision makers by creating value for the relationship.

  • Able to adapt and meet the needs of the customer while meeting the needs of the company.

  • Strong financial and analytical skills- verbal, written, presentation

Other Requirements:

  • Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (and auto insurance coverage per Ricoh's policy)

  • Travel required
