Job Duties: Monitors current availability of resources to assist in matching internally available workforce capacity to current demand for staffing client projects. Works with senior resourcing personnel and project management in identifying staffing needs and job requirements to determine availability of resources while providing optimal coverage within budgets. Assists in matching internally available workforce capacity to current demand to staff client project. As assigned, works with project management to identify staffing needs and job requirements and provides employee availability in defined area. Develops understanding of, and communicates established resourcing policies and procedures to ensure that applicable business unit, divisional, corporate and legal requirements are met. Assists in identifying individual skills to guide appropriate job placement decisions. Works with senior resourcing staff, employees and managers in matching individual's skills with the organization's staffing needs. Prepares and analyzes relevant metrics and prepares standard reports in compliance with contract, program and company directives. Maintains appropriate systems and records to ensure adequate documentation of transactions. Assists in resourcing project transitions and bench activities including employee updates to resumes and skill repositories. Communicates process and assists in implementing same. Attends and provides input in intra- and inter-departmental and business unit staffing meetings to understand and facilitate the routine assignment of the workforce across the company. Use of Global Resource Management (GRM), Candidate Tracking Manager (CTM), Global Source, Workforce Management Approvals (WMA), Beeline, and Workday.
Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including Resourcing Specialist or related experience. A combination of foreign post-secondary education determined to be equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree is acceptable. Position requires 1 year of experience with staffing needs, resource supply & demand, Global Resource Management (GRM) or similar resource management system, Candidate Tracking Manager (CTM) or similar candidate tracking system, and Beeline. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
