Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Real Estate - Sales & Lease industry, based in Walnut Creek, California. This role primarily involves managing accounts payable in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation of full-cycle accounts payable, and reviewing invoices using AP software.

Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts payable activities in a fast-paced environment

• Overseeing the full cycle of accounts payable with a minimum of 3 years of experience

• Reviewing invoices in AP Software with precision

• Verifying funds to ensure accuracy and adequacy

• Posting invoices and submitting them for payment in a timely manner

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various tasks, proficiency is a plus

• Auditing for correct vendor, pricing, location, and coding etc.

• Ensuring all accounting tasks are performed with no requirement for journals. Requirements • Must possess strong proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in the Real Estate - Sales & Lease industry is required

• The role necessitates excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential

• A keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy is required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures is necessary

• Prior experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk is desirable

• Must demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

• Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous.
